Well from what i have understood if you preorder it you will get Nuketown 2025 for free(I would gather it would come out as the first dlc for elite??).

So what will be different from nuketown 2011 to nuketown 2025, due you think it will be the same map just updated or will they make some map changes like adding another house or making it slightly larger?

I don't think the size or content of the map will be changed, it'll prolly just be updated with graphics, and the houses will be redesigned to make it look like its in the future.

And I think it will be available to anyone who preordered it from release date, it doesn't count as DLC it is a downloadable content for the game.
